Admission & Discharge
Addmission
You
are advised to bring the following during admission:

Your NRIC or Passport (if you are a foreigner)

Doctor's referral letter, if any
For your
convenience, you may wish to bring along your own toiletries.
Deposit
You will need to make a deposit on admission. The deposit varies with
your room type and treatment. A deposit which may be paid by cash or credit
card. Alternatively a written guarantee letter (GL) from your employer or
insurer may be accepted.
Choice of Rooms
All rooms are air-conditioned with attached bathrooms. Television sets are available in our single and double-bedded rooms.
Valuables
Please do not
leave your cash or other valuable items unattended during your stay in the
hospital. The hospital will not be liable for any loss or damage to your
property, money or valuables while on our premises.
Visiting Hours
For your well-being and that of other patients, we would appreciate the
cooperation of your family and relatives by adhering to the visiting hours. If
you do not wish to have visitors, please let your nurse know. The visiting hours
are:

Discharge/Check Out
When the doctor decides that you may go home, please wait
in your room as our business office finalises your bill. This may take a while
as information concerning your treatment, procedures and items used are being
updated. The ward staff will inform you when the bill is ready.
Payment
Payment of bills
is to be made only at the Reception/Cashiers Counter. Payment can be made either
by cash or credit cards.
